The Pool Bar at the One&Only Spa focuses on healthy options with fresh juices evolving into evening cocktails. A variety of bespoke dining experiences will be available. Guests are encouraged to discuss with the Experiences Team to ensure they have a memorable and bespoke experience.
The cottage has been fully refurbished by One&Only Gorilla’s Nest with great care and attention to the original design and architecture making it an ideal hideaway during a busy adventure filled escape. Jack’s legacy can be felt throughout the restored living areas, which maintain the original dining table, chairs and wood flooring as well as on the intimate private garden terrace. His character can also be seen in small details such as the original cottage sign, Jack’s original guestbook documenting years of high-profile guests and photography throughout which tells a great story of his years in Rwanda.

One&Only Gorilla's Nest main restaurant is Nest. Nest focus on local, organic food with an interactive fresh, juice making station. Hot food cooked to order is also available offering a high level of freshness and quality and reduction of food wastage.
